I went to the hospital for a D&C due to a miscarriage the person who calls to tell you about your insurance coverage was pushy and when I told her my situation and that I would pay in full the day of the surgery she insisted I leave a deposit to make things go faster, there was no compassion on her end, I am a person and I am a customer so please correct this as I don't want others to go through this. The staff cares about patients- Dr Lewin is simply the best. I travel far to see her and the hospital in a whole is 5 star. Makes a big difference seeing caring doctors and staff
My first time going there and will say it was nice. My daughter and I where treated with nothing but grace an respect. The nurses in the pediatric department are amazing. Will go back there for all our treatments
