Dale did a great job, very thorough, professional. He explained what he was doing, what he saw as to issues to be addressed for our heating system, performed the maintenance. We are new to the area and received great service from Joe and Josh. They went the extra mile to make sure my gas appliances worked and gave me advice for a fix when one didn't fire up. I appreciated the extra time they took to make me feel comfortable with my new home and how the propane program works.

Our overall experience with Holtzman Propane during a recent restoration project was very positive. I do want to compliment the superior customer service we received from two individuals. Melissa H. and Dennis A. both listened carefully to my concerns about the issues we faced with the restoration and thought creatively to come up with a satisfactory resolution. It was a pleasure to work with two individuals who clearly take pride in their work and service to their customers.

BEWARE Tankless water heater nightmare! This drama lasted so many months, I will summarize by saying we had Holtzman install 2 gas Navien tankless water heaters. We're not angry over the fact that they could never get the almost $7,000 system to function properly, and we're not angry that we bought it for an expected houseful of company only to have to explain then (and every time we have visitors) that the water won't heat steadily and properly. Total SCAM of a company. Completely 100% all about the money for them! The add-on fee's are never ending. If you dont order enough or quick enough they charge yo rental fees, they charge fee's if you let your tank get to low but wont tell you what the magic percentage on the tank must read not to be charges. At every opportunity the want more $$ upfront. I only use them for a fireplace that we use occasionally, not for heat, just for enjoyment. Just want to make other potential Holtzman customers aware; We recently had propane service installed at our home. I was initially told cost of installation was a flat rate of $120 for labor plus equipment. Come to find out its $120 an HOUR and they take their sweet time, extending what should have been an hour into 3. They also feel coming to pick up equipment after the required ($70+) county inspection "labor" and charged us another $120. I have used Holtzman Propane Service for over 7 years now and must say that the customer service has become worse with each delivery. They fail to resolve issue's I have had frequently in the past years and more than that fact. When you call customer service to complain about the length of time it takes for a delivery they treat you like they can do without your business.
