I received such great service from Holtzman's service department recently when my mini-split drained water into our bedroom. Patty was wonderful and arranged for a visit right away, Logan was professional and very nice when she called me to confirm everything and we had a great experience with the technician, Thomas, who was friendly and professional and solved our problem quickly. The technician arrived promptly on the scheduled time and performed the required service on our gas logs. Told us what he had to do and provided the cost estimate. He did a wonderful job and completed the work promptly.
This review is for the professionals who came to our home to preform the tank inspection and to deliver propane. The technicians/specialists in the field are well trained, courteous, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and give me pointers on propane use and monitoring my tank. Even after a horrible experience with their customer service department, the competence of these gentlemen made me feel confident in contracting with Holtzman Propane.
I had a new, larger propane tank installed at my home to fuel a new generator. Holtzman staff, both in the office and on site, were knowledgeable and always helpful and efficient. Happy customer.
I signed up for service as a new customer, and within 2 weeks Holtzman Propane came out to switch my tanks. The tank install technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. About a week after the tank install, they came out and completely filled my new tanks. So, far I'm very satisfied with their service, and pricing.

Holtzman Propane has literally the worst customer service ever. From the beginning, we were treated like trash, with customer service literally insulting us, and making different claims every time we contacted them. They charge an additional $200/year if you do not use 800 gallons of gas. They tell you you can make payments then threaten to take money from your account on file if you don't pay in full within 30 days. The company was very easy to work with. The tank installers were very pleasant and very knowledgeable on the company and service information.
