Tim was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made recommendations for more efficient use. I felt very comfortable letting him into my home.

Tim S came out on a service call to get my gas logs working again that needed a new part. Even though he ran into a few snags - a malfunctioning power cord and missing remote box - he was able to get everything up and running. He went the extra mile trying to adapt a different remote box he had in his truck. No luck, but I appreciate the effort. Courteous, and he arrived by when he said he would, I appreciate that.
tim and his helper were both professionally qualified, polite and very concerned about cleanliness. "They performed their tasks (correct an issue and perform a propane fireplace safety inspection) quickly and completely. This was at the end of a long day for the pair, well past normal work hours. The time spent and feedback to me was quite adequate. Typical Holtzman service.
