Holmes Honda review. Sales persons treated me with respect, worked with me to reach my goal, and answered my questions. Only negative; I hate dealing with business manager. Nice fellow, and he didn't push too hard to get me to attach a bunch of add ons, but the add ons are SO WORTHLESS! In most cases, I already had coverages at a far better price, and when I come in with a budget, it's fiscally IRRESPONSIBLE to push a person to tack on to the financing; unless you want them to overbuy and DEFAULT!
Mrs. D Steawrt I have purchased many cars in my 40 years of driving and I have never been treated as well I was treated at Holmes Honda. My salesman, Luther Grissom is the best of the best. James and Cory are wonderful as well. Never has a salesman spent as much time with me going over the car and the features and helping figure out how to use them all. He even helped me sync my phone and the radio. I will always by from Holmes Honda. I LOVE MY NEW ODESSY. Everyone need to go see Luther and the amazing staff at Holmes Honda.
Ms. Izzy My 2011 Honda Fit Sport is the first new car I've ever bought and Holmes Honda was the best place I could've bought a new car from. They even reworked my numbers to get me to the price range I was aiming for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
Car clinic, service and purchase review I recently attended a vehicle clinic which was given for new Honda car owners. I found the information to be very informative, and the instructor was well prepared. While at the dealership, I picked up my tag and my salesman, Zach Parnell, attached the plates on my new car. Personable Service Several months ago, our family was in search of a new vehicle. Not Great I wish I could say I had good experiences at Holmes Honda. However, every instance (about half a dozen visits) I have been there things just do not go well. From refusing to fix their mistake to refusing to fix my car that has an obvious problem, to just general apathetic service.
First Time Honda Owner Just purchased from Holmes for the first time, the service was strong and the facilities were impressive. They also helped me understand the in's and out's of my car by hosting a car clinic. I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L. I am happy with my new car. The only down side to my Holmes experience is the that they are a little overpriced compared to competitive dealers. Other than that, I have no complaints.
