Betty C Williams I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing my car at Holmes Honda. My salesman was Marlin Anderson and he was very helpful and informative without being aggressive. I have already recommended him to 2 other prospective buyers. I have had other hondas and I know that Holmes also has a wonderful service department. I am happy at Holmes whether it is in Sales or Service.

The sales staff also were very friendly always asking if we needed any thing and were very patient with our 21 month old daughter who had fun running around in building long after hours while staff was helping us, finalize buying our knew CRV SUV . We will most definitely trade with them again. I give Amanda five stars as well as the dealership.
Mrs. Went in on Tuesday night late not really planning on buying. Mr. Luther Grissom was a great saleman. Ended up with a car that night. He stayed way over his normal time to take care of everything. When I picked the car up yesterday it did not look like it had been washed. Mr. Grissom examined it with me and took it to the back and had it cleaned. The overall detailing for a new car was not good but the service I recieved from Mr. Grissom was. I recommend him if you are looking for a new car.
Great Service I purchased a used Odessy from this dealer and they have done everything possible to make sure that my husband and I are happy & satisfied with our purchase. Any issue we had with the vehicle was resolved immediately. Our sale rep. Eugene (?) even called us about a month after the purchase just to say hello. And the finance guy (Wade) mailed us a thank you letter around the same time. PROS: Great team of workers trying to get you what you want. CONS: None
World Class Service! - Incredible Experience! I just bought my second "Brand New" car and had the best experience ever! The first time I bought a car the salesperson was very pushy (not at this dealership), but this time was a very enjoyable process. Ms. Tanya' Porter New Vehicle Clinic-August 6, 2011- It was so well presented and Mr. Oliver was so very knowledgeable and friendly. we will not go back. The sales agent was not knowledgeable about the cars AT all, and had to go back and forth to the manager's office several times because he forgot what he was asking them for us in the first place. Finally, we just went to go talk with the managers ourselves since the back and forth was obviously not working and was taking forever, and they seemed highly offended that we even attempted to talk to them. I won't drive anything but a honda I purchased my very first car with Holmes Honda. They have treated me very well! Any time I make an appointment to get my car serviced, they always have me in and out quickly. I recently went in for an oil change, came out with a brand new 2012 honda. I am *very* pleased with my new purchase. They gave me a very sweet deal and helped me out in the long run. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Great customer service!!!!!!!
