Very Happy Customer Product aside, you can better judge the quality of service by the what happens after the sale. HH doesn't just sale you a car they provide you a continum of personal service long after the sale. I've dealt with many car dearlerships in my lifetime and HH ranks as one the best!
Very Satisfied with Service Clinic for new owners! Attended the Honda Service Clinic today. Mr. Oliver was very knowledgable about Hondas and how they operate. Think Twice I bought a brand new Accord from Holmes and was very pleased with the price I got it for since I had bargained with several dealerships with no positive outcome. However, several days later I noticed two dull spots on the hood of the car and I brought it back to the dealership and wanted explaination. All I got was rudeness, especially by the manager. Best in the City I was recently divorced and my car was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. I had gone to three other dealerships and had been turned down because my credit was damaged due to the divorce. BEWARE!! They had my vehicle since 5 March 2012 and today is 10 July 2012 and they still couldn't fix the gear selector light on the instrument cluster panel. They didn't give me any courtesy calls to tell me the part was on back order. The part was a used part and it still didn't fix it! They said that they would deliver it on the 9th of July and didn't and of course, didn't call!
