Holmes Honda, Makin' Ya Feel at Home! I stumbled upon the lot absolutely clueless. It was my first time buying a new car and I had no idea what I wanted. LaDarious, my sales associate, was absolutely wonderful. He helped me pick a car that fit my personality and my budget. As for price, I was more than satisfied with my buy! Sales staff need training My husband and I recently helped my elderly mother purchase a new Honda Civic at Holmes. The salesman hardly acknowledged my mother, mostly talked to my husband. When my husband discussed pricing alone with the salesman, the salesman said "let me talk to my manager", but instead went to my mother and proceeded to try to talk her into a higher price explaining that he wouldn't make any money if he took the price my husband quoted. Made it easy We recently purchased a Honda Accord and worked with Amanda. She was awesome, even in this heat she stayed for hrs with us while we test drove. We had a budget and they stuck to it and worked hard for it. Larry in finance did an awesome job as well! We are very happy with the car and will use them again in the future.
SERVICE My 2010 Honda Insight is in for service, Routine.... The service department is exceptional. Robin Peters is my normal service advisor. Another advisor helped me today, Reid was very attentive, discussing my options for the service that I was needing. I advised him that I would be traveling to Florida next week. Good sales, bad service Bought a new Civic from Allen Smith a couple of months ago, he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the car. BUT, the service department is the problem. I brought my car in when the change oil light came on, they said they were too busy and come back when it hits 5% and make a appointment. So I did and left for about 2 hours, only to come back and find they haven't even touched it. I really hope 3 hour oil changes are not common here. Great Job, Holmes! From the beginning of the car search to the final purchase, Holmes Honda was very customer friendly. I got most of the information I needed from their excellent website (free CarFax, price of the vehicle, etc.) and once I got to the dealership, the sales associate (Kane) was very helpful and knowledgable, but not pushy. Great Service, Friendly Environment My husband and I are newly wed, and our first big purchase was a 2011 Honda Fit from Holmes Honda. With a friendly atmosphere, Holmes is unlike any other dealership that I have been to. We had a great buying experience even when we realized we (financially) would not be able to have our first choice, a Honda Civic. Holmes Honda: ALWAYS #1 for me! Holmes Honda is AWESOME!!!! They have the greatest staff! Every time I go there everyone is VERY nice. I seldom have a concern, but if I do (& it is usually minor!) the people always have an answer for me. Sometimes I need info, sometimes a minor adjustment...ALWAYS taken care of with a smile. Sales or service...always a pleasant experience. NO... I am NOT family...I go into the dealership...whether for sales or service...with a positive attitude...I ALWAYS get a positive attitude back.
My First time experience as a Honda owner I had been looking into buying a car for at least 2 months.
