Dr. Rubinstein and technician Carol were great! They made an uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible, and talked to me the entire time. They were both terrific!!
Dr. O'conner is a absolute gentleman and an incredible doctor. Extremely accurate on his reviews of the MRI's and Xrays and has the best bed side manner. The staff is very kind, sweet and accommodating. Thank you!
They have a very rude staff ,they do not have any empathy,they have zero customer service quality. I needed a sonogram on a Saturday and they were open I was sent by the EMO Office there and they told me I needed an appointment I asked if they could squeeze me in and NO is what I was told after I told them it was an emergency.still no I think I was bothering the two woman at the desk since they were involved with there phones t waiting room had 2 people in it. I waited 1.5 HOURS to get a MRI and for the CD. When I got home thank goodness I looked at the images before I shipped them to my surgeon THE CD WAS BLANK!!! Too many scheduling mistakes too, I always used to come here but not anymore.
Good staff and quick service by my orthopedist said the MRI was not great quality.
