Holm is a wonderful, modern building close to everything Logan Circle has to offer. The building community is amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Holm is not too big, not too small, just right. The building courtyard and rooftop provides a beautiful green space that people use a lot.
This is an great building to live in. It’s new, well maintained, and located in a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby, including cafés, parks, and easy access to daily essentials. Despite the central location in DC, the apartment is incredibly quiet thanks to the quality insulation, and we rarely need to use the heating, which makes it both comfortable and energy efficient. We’ve lived in the HOLM building for over five years and have had a great experience overall. One thing that really stands out is how well insulated the building is — even after all this time, we rarely need to use our AC during the winter, which says a lot about the quality of the construction.
