Our room was dirty, the iron ruined my husband's work pants, ironing board was filthy, no ice bucket in the room had to call for one. We ordered cheese cake from room service and it came with wax paper attached to it and were told it would be 45 min till it could be brought up. When leaving valet went to get my car, 25 min later it wasn't there. I heard one guy discussing with the other guy about forgetting to go get it, i was therfore late to my next appointment. We were there last weekend. LOVED IT. Upgraded ourselves to a junior suite which was beautiful. The service and staff were outstanding and we barely needed to leave the resort. Shout out to the staff at the spa and the paddle boards. Can't wait to go back!

My wife & I spent 4 days here for an Anniversary getaway & couldn't have been more impressed!!!
We had a great time. The resort was fabulous, the service was incredible, tropically decorated, so very clean, food and drinks were good, so many restaurants to choose from, activities to choose from or just chill by one of the many pools or beach!
I really enjoyed walking aroMargaritavile it was fun watching everyone have a good time. I want to book a room and stay over night.
Did not do an overnightr but the bars were awesome music was great bartenders and servers were friendly will definitely do a overnighter
