My friend & I had the best weekend there! Every staff member, no matter where you were at the resort, was friendly & polite. The rooms and decor were so pretty- the whole resort is beautiful! I loved the music playing everywhere, such a fun atmosphere. The spa was INCREDIBLE too... a great place to relax & have some fun! Definitely coming back!

I loved the resort and Amy at License to Chill on the 11th floor is the best!! The resort needs to up their housekeeping department..at 4pm I'm sorry I feel my room should have been cleaned especially after the room next door was cleaned by 10..after complaining yesterday I was assured today that wouldn't be the case however at 345 again it was the case..after complaining again...they couldn't have cared less..unacceptable

Amazing service!!! Clean. Kid friendly. We had a blast! We live in Hollywood Lakes, so only a mile or so away and decided to go for a stay-cation and it did not disappoint. Gave you a cruise like feeling. Super fun and food, drinks, amenities were second to none! Keep up the great job! Your staff was incredibly courteous and friendly! It was a breath of fresh air for South Florida... Thank you!

The service was impeccable from the moment you entered the lobby. Our room was a junior suite which overlooked coastal waterways. The extended balcony provided more than enough space for morning coffee, and 5'oclock sunsets. The three pools were very clean. We enjoyed the beach access with private chairs and and umbrella. We cannot wait to return.

Best hotel in the area. Great service and perfect for summer fun.
What a great experience! From the moment we drove up to the moment we left - we had a great time. We visited under the 1 year anniversary special and received free parking and a resort credit which we found useful for breakfast and dinner. The pool is warm, beautiful and refreshing, lots of comfortable beach chairs. Beachfront property, but water was a bit rough during our stay so only enjoyed the view.
