We have been there at least a dozen times to the several different restaurants including the bar on the intercostal Food excellent staff attentive We brought the kids 2 and 6 months and treated to lunch at out door restaurant facing the beach The children treated really well although they are young Great fa,ily experience As residents of s florida it is close to home BEST place in Hollywood
Very happy.if there were minor inconveniences they were minor to take away some of the pluses. This hotel gives you a feeling of happiness not just a place to sleep...you feel good here...the staff was nice,the rooms were modern which makes you feel happy and comfortable...I will book again.
Margaritaville was awesome. Great location, easy acesss to everything. Will def come back
Food was descent, but service was not. We had to get our own menus and felt a lack of attention.

We had a good time, food was good but the valet parking fee is excessive if after 3hrs the parking validation is null & void & you're charged $35. Really? That's not right for locals, especially if you plan to spend the day there. �
Me and my fiance was looking for a spot to bring in the new year, and we choose this place at the last moment. Hotel staff was very professional and nice. We ate at one of the restaurant called landshark. Food was just ok for us but the ambiance was great. We had friends and family to join in to watch the fireworks and later we just hung out in our suite.
Since their grand opening my husband, family and I have visited on various occasions and stayed in the hotel. We have always received great customer service and it's the reason we continue to come. The food in all the restaurants and bars are delicious and the best part is that they are all different menus.

My family and I went for a meal, we had a wait for 45 mins which was fair enough as we were a large party of 14. Problem was we waited nearly 1hr and 30 mins for our food. Once the food arrived it was ALL cold. We spoke to the manager who was great. He apologized and offered all new food, but it was late in the evening at this point. So he handled the bill! Appreciated this a lot as the cold food did ruin a really lovely evening. It is a lovely resort and i would visit again..but maybe not in a large group!
