El sitio no tiene queja, pero al hacer el registro una muy maleducada empleada dudo al hacer el pago del cuarto con una tarjeta colombiana presumiendo q era una tarjeta robada (Osea q x ser colombianos eramos ladrones d tarjetas ? Y tras d eso q si no pagabamos en efectivo no nos hacia el check in... afortunadamente desps un manager pudo ayudarnos y d ahi el servicio excelente, pero la atencion de recepcion. Malisimaaaa
It was over priced and the atmosphere is not what I expected at a Margaritaville. No island music and a drink was spilled on one our guests. Waiter was very gracious but nothing was offered for her sitting on wet pants. Not impressed at all.......

I just loved this hotel, it's so beautiful with a very relaxing atmosphere... My family and I enjoyed our stay with you so much... Hopefully we can come back for a great summer experience... I strongly recommend it!!!
I really like the resort and hotel! The restaurants were okay dinner services always seemed long and the fun wasn't great. The breakfast at Margaritaville was great and service was amazing. I called to place an order to go because we were all tired and they said they can't do that and had to come down and order which took forever and they didn't seem to want to help me. Great pools and hotel though it was very clean!
Staff was great. Their broccoli Cheddar (beer) soup was very gritty. The other 5 people on our party enjoyed their food. Drinks were expensive.
Everything from the room to the restaurants were fabulous. Excellent service. Will definitely be staying here again!
