I can not believe such a nice hotel charges you 140 dlls for keeping a package at front desk!! I think this is a client abuse! I will sue them for this client abuse and will never return!! We went more than 1.000 people from the company I work in!! Such a bad way to end my vacations!!!

Exceeded my Expectations great location... this was one of my stops on my trip and it didn't disappoint.
Parrotheads Unite...this is one Fabulous spot that will knock your sandals off!! Watersurfing, the atmosphere, everything a Buffett fan has been looking for! In all the Margaritaville's I've been to, Key West, Mall of America, Nashville, this is the Golden Treasure Chest of them all !! We had an annual conference at this resort this year and this is one of the best place we have had our meeting. The guest rooms are very comfortable and having multiple bars on location made for great after hour entertainment.
The experience was great ! I would re coment it !!!!!
The wait time to get a server was about 20 mins and the restaurant was partially empty then when i got my drink it tasted terrible the server was kind enough to remake me a new one though .i ordered the margaritta pasta it wS terrible tasted like boiled pasta with lime juice and seasoning ,chicken was overcooked .i will not be revisting here for dinner .

First off, I'm speaking specifically about the restaurant onsite, not the hotel. It was okay - we went there to celebrate my birthday. The Blackberry Margarita wasn't good - very sour, didn't taste like berries at all, and tasted like salt had gotten into the drink, not just the rim. The volcano nachos appetizer were great on the outside, but mushy on the inside. My sons both got burgers, which were good. My husband got the churasso steak which was small and thick, not flattened.
