My son & I stayed here sometime in Dec 2016. Was great for the price. Pleasant & friendly front staff. Ya..the aircond unit was somehow obselete & a bit noisy. Will stay there if the rate is still manageable.
We stayed here March, 23-25, 2018. It was not our first stay here, but it will be our last. Our first stay was great. Our recent stay was the opposite. There was hair in the tub and in the drain. The sheets on the bed were stained/dirty. Our car was damaged in the parking lot by the door to the garbage dumpster enclosure. We were able to work with the manager of the hotel, and came to an amicable resolution.
If I could rate a zero I would place sucks!!! as Well as there staff rude as fuck.. wasn't going to stay there but everything was booked around never again would I stay there.. hard beds, foul odors rude and unprofessional guy at front desk yelling at customers
We booked Hollywood City Inn as we needed a hotel close to the Greek Theatre... from when we checked in till when we checked out, the staff especially the front desk/manager could not do enough for us. Yes it is a two star hotel.. but would we book and stay there again??? Yes without a doubt we would. We are an Ausie couple travelling around and we stayed at many hotels both budget and 4 star ..
