The price is ok, the quality is decent but the customer service and cleanliness are really lacking. I asked in for a hard gel manicure. My nails were naturally long. The tech asked if I wanted to trim my nails. I very clearly said only a little bit, to even them out. Before I realized it she’d cut them to stubs to put on tips. I never asked nor mentioned tips. Worst place ever! People here are extremely rude and don’t know how to speak to customers. And work agitated and hurt one of my fingers as well. They had 0 customers when I went there but they acted like nobody wanted to do the nails in the first place. When I asked to try a color on a nail she got mad and got agitated saying “I will charge extra if you say more” She kept talking back and raising her voice and pulling my fingers. The best nail spot I’ve been to. Huge props to Steven he’s been doing my nails for the past six months and has never disappointed. Any time I’ve had an issue, he fixed it perfectly. His work is consistently amazing and very professional.

Lately, they are doing a terrible job. They are rushing to finish without properly curing. My nails got chipped after few days of getting it done. I need to go somewhere else. After trying different nail salons, I found this place. I have been going there for the past few months. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. May and Maria give the best manicure. They take their time and make sure your nails are perfect.
