Competent as well as compassionate
Dr Gross is a 5-star doctor and provides excellent, professional care. I have been a patient for almost 20 years and she has provided consistently great service. She has performed cataract surgery on both my eyes with great success. I highly recommend her and anyone at her office for eye care.

Dr. Gross and her staff are 1st class. They were thorough, efficient and friendly. A receptionists transported me in a wheel chair from our car and another receptions transported me back to our car at appointment end, as I recently had a stroke. Dr. Gross and her technician were very accommodating, thorough and helpful in terms of my eye exam. Thanks to all for making my appointment as pleasant and effective as possible!
I've been seeing Dr. Gross for many years since I have diabetes and she is great. This time, Dr. Gross was again very thorough and polite. She carefully explained the reasons for my increasingly 'cloudy' vision that I am experiencing - and it's not diabetes related. While intervention is not yet needed, it may be in the future. But we will cross that bridge when we get to it.
Dr. Gross is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and caring eye doctor. She is professional as well as compassionate. She is always kind, as well as are her assistants. She is a great listener, paying close attention to our concerns. We like that she is not just concerned with our eye health, but also just as concerned with our whole health outlook. Our entire family has been going to her for years, and we feel so fortunate to have her as our eye doctor!
My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Gross. She is one of the best for eye care in the region. We both trust Dr. Gross and always feel that she has our best eye care in her work.
