Dr Gross is very professional but in a down to earth way. Puts you at ease and asks questions about your eye health but also about your general health issues which I’m sure is all related to your eye health. She has performed two procedures on me and I was never worried a bit. She has my full confidence. Sometimes takes a while to get an appointment, but well worth the wait. I hope I never have to see anyone else.
The entire staff was courteous, professional, patient. Appointment was on time. Dr. Gross a pleasure to work with. My first cataract surgery produced 20-20 vision for distance. Remarkable!

She completed an eye surgery on my mother recently and now my mother cannot see. Dr. Gross refused to see my mother for a follow up 3 times to address concerns about the loss of vision.
Dr. Gross is always very thorough in her examinations and her staff assisting her are professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Gross always takes time to answer my questions in a way that I can understand. This is important because I know what to expect and what I have to do. She is an excellent opthalmologist. I would recommend her to anyone in search of an eye doctor.
I was recently in to see Dr. Gross for my yearly eye checkup, and it went very smoothly. I have been a patient of hers for a long time now, and she is always on top of her game. Such a friendly, professional person.
Interaction from the front office staff to the doctor was perfect. Dr. Gross was patient, explained the each step of the eye examination process and treatment plan.
Dr. Gross is an exceptional physician. She has cared for our family for many years. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
