Holly always makes me feel welcome and listens to my concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an ENT doctor.
Dr Baker is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is incredibly friendly, the facility is always clean, there's generally little to no wait, and Dr Baker always takes the time to listen and figure out what's going on. Cannot recommend enough!
I was directed to the examination room in a timely manner and seen by Ms baker. The examination and procedure went forward quickly. All staff were friendly day and professional. Ms Baker was as well, she answered my questions in a direct and satisfying manner.
She listened to me and put step one into action to help me. Very nice easy to talk to.
I was 30 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident on the 33. They took me anyway. The care was fast and efficient. The staff was nice and professional. The goal of my appointment was achieved. I will definitely return.
I had a severe bloody nose yesterday. I was seen immediately. Holly was so very kind, compassionate, caring, concerned and professional. Listened to my explanation of why I have there nose bleeds. Holly, explained everything that she was going to do. Working very hard to stop my nose bleed. It just wouldn’t stop. She had Dr. Greg come into the exam room. She was very through and addressed all my problems - super friendly and did not rush my visit. I would continue to use her as my ENT specialist
