My family and I have had all 3 of our cars worked on here by Steve and Marc. They did a tremendous job, making all of our cars look brand new and they also dealt with the insurance appraiser on my behalf. They are very personable guys who have a tremendous work ethic and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their car repaired the right way.
I cannot say enough good things!! Our family had three accidents within six months. Each time we brought our cars to Authentic we were so impressed with their level of professionalism. Their knowledge working with the insurance company through the entire process was something we’ve never seen before, and Mark kept us informed through every step. Authentic Auto Body repaired damage from a front-end collision caused by somone backing into me. They did a fantastic job, from arranging for my rental car, connecting with the insurance company, keeping me informed all throughout the process, going the extra mile by checking with the dealer concerning the repair's effect on the front air bags, to returning my car, fully detailed. Had a small rear end accident, Steve, Gabrielle and the whole team were great!
