We got truly outstanding service at Authentic! Our Lexus looked better when it came out than it did before the collision. Steve took really great care of us, handling all the interaction with the insurance company, so that we didn't have to do anything. Service was super courteous and friendly, even delivering our car right to our house. We heartily recommend Authentic to anyone needing auto body work, and we will absolutely go back there the next time we need auto body work.
Someone backed into my car in a grocery store parking lot. I was extremely upset. My car was only one year old and I was so excited to have my first new RAV4. Two weeks ago I had the privilege of having Authentic Auto Body fix my car after someone hit it. Words cannot describe how happy I am with my overall experience!!! I recently had some repairs done on my Toyota RAV-4 at Authentic Auto Body and could not be happier! It is the first experience I've had where I felt I could actually trust the person working on my car. Steve Proia went well beyond what I would expect for car repairs. Not only did he handle everything - from getting the inspection for my insurance company to arranging for my rental car - but he even gave me a ride to work AND fully detailed my car! When I picked it up, it looked brand new!
