Shout out to Marc Bourgeois and the team at Authentic Auto Body. Just picked up my minivan - excellent job on the repair, and as an added bonus, the van was detailed! It hasn't been this clean since it was brand new. Marc was a pleasure to work with - he worked with the insurance appraiser and made the process seamless. And the van was ready when he said it would be. Highly recommend if you need auto body work done. 😃👍
If your car is totaled, or just needs body work, hands down the best place around. From the attentive customer focused mindset, to the skilled labor they provide, I really couldn't ask for more. Best. Customer. Service. Ever. My car was backed into while parked and unoccupied. To the untrained eye, it looked like minimal damage. However, there was more to it. Marc is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of what was needed to be done to my car and explained why, he even went through the insurance process as well! Gabrielle and Marc provided exceptional customer service and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this Autobody to everyone!
AWESOME! The best auto body in Boston's Metrowest area. I had a great experience with the staff, they helped me a lot with the insurance procedure, in particular I thank Emerson and Marc for all the help and explanation of how to proceed, they were great with the whole team.
