Went to Authentic for some body work after the entire right side of my SUV got keyed. This was a hugely stressful time as I just had my second child. Steve, the owner, explained the whole process and repair timeline very clearly, and got me into one of their rental cars. I picked up my car a few days later and the work was flawless. You would have never known there had been deep scratches there. Highly recommend!
