RecommendedI was not sure what to expect when I brought my hail damaged car to Authentic, as I have never experienced this kind of event. Marc was amazing every step of the way!!!! Great communication throughout and completely exceeded all my expectations. He helped me at every single turn. I NEVER leave reviews, but after going to Authentic Auto Body, I felt an obligation to do so. First off, I reached out looking for someone to put running boards on my 2018 Atlas. Steve was the first one to ping me. After chatting with him I felt comfortable and dropped my car off the next day. This was my first interaction with Owner Steve and the Manager Mark. They are absolutely amazing, the level of service, communication, and support can not be surpassed. The quality and professionalism set a new standard for autobody. They took care of all my problems and still went far above and beyond. Once you leave your vehicle in their care, they advocate for you, handling all the details, you don’t need to worry about a thing!
They did a fantastic job and kept me updated on the progress and delays. I enjoyed working with the team very much and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff here were SO nice! I saw a spider in my car so I wanted the interior completely refreshed asap 🙈- they kindly booked me in on short notice and definitely cleaned the exterior a bit for me even though I only paid for the interior detailing package. On top of all that, they called to ask if I knew I had hail damage and walked me through how to make an insurance claim to get it fixed in the future if I should want to. I cannot begin to express just how grateful I am to have found Authentic Auto Body for our car "rehab" following my first ever accident.
