I called them to schedule a full detail cleaning for my 2013 Honda Accord. Mark was so personable over the phone and accommodated my schedule perfectly. Marc and Steve handled my car perfectly from start to finish. I'm really happy with my experience at AAB. When insurance was dragging their feet due to covid-19, Marc would stay on top of them and communicate affectively with me so that I knew everything was taken care of. Authentic did a wonderful job detailing my car!! I purchased my car from an auction over a year ago and have been wanting to have this done since then, but didnt know who to go through. This was probably one of my best experiences with a business in at least 20 years. No one likes having to go to a body shop and for me it was no different i even lived a good distance away from this one and typically would of gone to a local shop as I have done in the past. I had my car detailed today. I spoke with Mark, the manager, last weekend and was so excited to have my car cleaned. The detail came with a convenient pick up and drop off servive. When my car was brought back to me, I thought it was a new car. I had to make sure it was mine, as it now looks better than when I bought my car a couple of years ago. I can't say enough about Steve and everyone at Authentic Auto Body. I requested a full detail of my husband's truck for a Father's Day, and it was the easiest experience ever. They picked up his truck promptly in the morning from our house and delivered it back that evening. It looks just like it did when we brought it home from the dealer, and we have two boys and a big dog.
