Just had an inspection done yesterday with John. He showed up early, and was very professional. He never once tried to impress us or sell us on anything. He was EXTREMELY thorough, checking every inch of the house. He simply made the process easy and surprisingly fun!! He answered every question we had and was very informative. John was very informative and thorough during my daughters inspection. Not everyone offers assistance after the work has been completed. John has offered to answer any questions or explain items in the report if needed. John found issues that were missed by two other inspectors. Looks like we are back to negotiations with the sellers. If you want a thorough inspection from a true professional, Hollis Home Inspections are worth every penny.
