My wife and I have used Hollis Home Inspection twice. The first time, John caught a potentially expensive issue that the seller should have disclosed. At minimum, he saved us from a potentially costly headache. Both times, John was on-time, professional and thorough -- including taking time to answer follow-up questions by phone after completing the inspection report. We would highly recommend him.
Not knowing anyone in the area, we were lucky to come across John, who, on the spur of the moment, was able to inspect a house we were interested in. We weren’t able to be there for the inspection, but John’s report was thorough and detailed. He then walked us through the inspection and gave us his helpful expertise on his discoveries. All in all, John is the real deal, very knowledgable, honest and easy to work with. We highly recommend him.
John was highly recommended to me by my broker and I was very impressed with his work. I have used a lot of inspectors in my business as a real estate professional and John had by far the best inspection report I've ever seen.
