Service above and beyond Excellent Service!! Flew into Orlando to purchase a CPO 2017 Accord EX. Peter Tran had everything ready to go. Even tried helping me resolve a lost wallet issue I had occur at the airport. Above and beyond service!! Being from out of town he made me feel welcome and comfortable and the whole buying process smooth. Walked me thru all the features of the car and made sure I understood how to use them. All in all it was worth the trip!!
Great experience! I went yesterday for my car service ended up buying a new car, Tommie Dancy assisted me throughout the whole process. She was awesome answered every question I had. Even called me today just make sure I was ok, and if had any questions. My experience was awesome everyone was very polite and friendly at holler, willing to assist in any way they could. AJ rocks Excellent! Im so happy I made an appointment with Alberto Jimenez. Also known as AJ. He was able to work my car into a busy schedule and still communicate with me on my cars issues while I was at work. He took his time and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything! He was very pleasant and polite. I will be returning to Holler Honda and requesting AJ as my service advisor from now on.
