Today, I took my car in for service and William, the Service Manager was not very cooperative in getting the wheels on my 1997 Prelude SH checked for proper balancing. My experience at Holler Honda was beyond horrible. I was there for 5 hours to purchase a car I researched online. I filled out all the paper work online to save time so I could be in and out faster. This was not the case. Finally after all the paper work was done I was sitting there for a hour waiting for the car to be cleaned yet it wasn’t clean and I had to vacuum it out when I got home. Day one driving my 2015 Nissan Leaf and the car didn’t seem to hold a charge for very long but it made it to my faith test school, to wor... read more
