I had service done at a dealership ott of state while on vacation. I thought I was pleased with the service, until the check engine light came on again. I contacted my service advisor, Miguel Paz Alameda who said to bring the vehicle right in. The team did a quick look to make sure I was safe for the weekend. Miguel said my 2010 Odyssey was fine for the weekend, but encouraged me to come back first thing Monday for a complete diagnostic evaluation. I did as Miguel suggested. I took my Ridgeline in for its first service and was pleasantly surprised by the whole process. I was greeted by name upon arrival, Noel came out and introduced himself and asked a few questions, we went inside where he explained what services were going to be completed and gave me an approximate length of time to expect them to be completed in.
