I had purchased a Honda HRV new car from Honda on 2017. I had a recall and the paint started peeling off. First I want to start by say, Florida law requires that a repair facility disclose all shop fee charges on the consumer's repair estimate. In addition, there must be a line-item disclosure indicating that the fee represents both cost and profit to the shop. Florida law does not impose any limitations on the amount that can be charged for the fee. Mr. ***** complains about facts which are not consistent with what really happened. Each and every one of his repair estimates, and his invoices for the repairs, contain the following CONSPICUOUS (not hidden) language with regard to the shop supply charges in all capital letters and in accordance with the law: "THE CHARGE PRESENTS COSTS AND PROFITS TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR FACILITY FOR MISCELLANEOUS SHOP SUPPLIES OR WASTE DISPOSAL." Buyer beware!! We have purchased 3 or 4 cars from Holler Honda over the years but this last vehicle purchase has been an absolute hassle. 1. What we were told in a text message totally changed when arrived in person to sign paperwork. I get that typos happen, and the sales manager was apologetic, but in the end, they did not reconcile the problem. 2. My mom’s 14-year-old CRV got towed there on Labor Day. The next morning I called and they had already assigned the car to Noel, a service advisor. He knew I’d be unavailable by phone the entire morning, but the repair was inexpensive and so he wisely proceeded with it. The car was ready by the time I called back once I was free. Noel was pleasant, cordial, and I felt well taken care of. I’ll be back for an oil change in October.
From the minute I arrived on the lot until I left, the salesman was attentive and great. He was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and the budget I wanted to stay within. He suggested options and took his time to show me all the cars that fit my criteria. I felt comfortable and was beyond excited that I was able to go home with a brand new, hot off the delivery truck HR-V. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get an actual good deal on there next car.
