Today, I took my car in for service and William, the Service Manager was not very cooperative in getting the wheels on my 1997 Prelude SH checked for proper balancing. He insisted that I have the car diagnosed to see if it had some other problem that they could charge me for. I had the same problem with another car (an Accord). They rebalanced the wheels on the Accord. and the 2nd time around they got it right . My mom’s 14-year-old CRV got towed there on Labor Day. The next morning I called and they had already assigned the car to Noel, a service advisor. He knew I’d be unavailable by phone the entire morning, but the repair was inexpensive and so he wisely proceeded with it. The car was ready by the time I called back once I was free. Noel was pleasant, cordial, and I felt well taken care of. I’ll be back for an oil change in October.
From the minute I arrived on the lot until I left, the salesman was attentive and great. He was not pushy and listened to what I wanted and the budget I wanted to stay within. He suggested options and took his time to show me all the cars that fit my criteria. I felt comfortable and was beyond excited that I was able to go home with a brand new, hot off the delivery truck HR-V. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get an actual good deal on there next car.
Very pleased with Scott Farrar's customer service with both scheduling my vehicle for service but also arranging for me to obtain a courtesy car to use since I had to leave my car overnight. Kudos to how he goes above and beyond to help his clients! Also, I've been taking my car to Holler Honda for service for years now and have never been disappointed with the service or the sales department.

Leo Núñez from the sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the purchase process was easy. Marcos in finance was also very thorough and helped us get a good deal.
I had to replace 3 batteries within 3 years. The dealer was giving me defective batteries that left me stranded several times. Jhonson ****** made me purchase a new battery after all the previous batteries didn't work. After paying full price I notice that it was scam all along that the dealer has been selling vehicles with defective batteries so that customers can go back in a pay for a new one.
