Technician arrived on-time and was pleasant and courteous. Knowledgeable about pest control and inspected my residence and provided several options to resolve my issues. No pressure and explained details for each possible plan. Quote for contract arrived exactly as she said it would and no hidden surprises. The professionals who came to perform the initial assessment were very knowledgeable and didn't force us to get one plan over the other. The pros and cons of each plan was explained to us in detail. They were very honest and had no problems answering our concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking pest control treatment.
They arrived within their alotted window. They were quick and informative. I am waiting to see if it works as I have an ant problem. I was told by the employee that they do a 2 week follow up and spray again. Will have to see if the second spray rids my ant problem so I couldn't give 5 stars.
Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They are also very informative and answer all questions so the layman understands.
