I love this company. I have been using them for years. I live in the ****************. When I first started using them, the street had a lot of abandoned buildings. I called them in because started getting mice. They came in and put bait down that seemed to bring the mice out of their hiding spots, then they were gone! When the abandoned buildings were being rehabbed, there was talk about rats on our street. They have bait boxes under my porch and around the back of my building. Working with Hollenbeck is a breath of fresh air after fighting with one of the bigger chains constantly. They're professional and great with communication. ************** ******** is also amazing and someone we trust completely. I highly recommend Hollenbeck to friends and neighbors on a regular basis.

I was completely satisfied and delighted to see ******************* in my yard for another season of treatments by Hollenbeck Pest Control. He is professional and personable. At this last visit he helped me to roll a brand new hose onto the carrier. He could see I was struggling to do it by myself! That is truly service over and above his responsiblity. I truly appreciated the yard treatment and his help!***************************

******** and courteous. So glad I have a quarterly plan. Been with them for 3 years and they will report what potential problems you have or take care of current issues without the problem returning. Leave things to th professionals, I always say.

HOLLENBECK is great customer service with wonderful technicians. They explain everything theyre doing and they give you advice on what you should do going forward. People at this company take the time to actually talk to you and care about their customers. They are very flexible and help you with different dates if you cant make an appointment. Its just a wonderful service guys Dont look anywhere else.!!!!

They called me back first thing Monday morning after leaving a message over weekend. They came that Monday! The young lady and young man that came for service were very respectful and knowledgeable and got right to work. Theyll be back in 2 weeks to check if ants are gone ?? ?? ??
