I needed reassurance quickly that we didn't bring home a problem from a facility and they worked with me to set up a time at my convenience and asap to check my home. Thankfully, I did not bring home the problem. They were also wonderful at answering all of my questions.

Hollenbeck was really great! I moved into my first home and found there was a bee infestation in my insulation. I called them and they were there the next day. They worked really quickly and were very informative. Would recommend them to anyone.
We requested an inspection because we were concerned after learning a neighbor had termites, and was informed they would come free of charge. The woman who answered the phone (I apologize I forgot her name) was so sweet and helpful, and she booked us the closest date that worked for us.
