I needed reassurance quickly that we didn't bring home a problem from a facility and they worked with me to set up a time at my convenience and asap to check my home. Thankfully, I did not bring home the problem. They were also wonderful at answering all of my questions.

Hollenbeck was really great! I moved into my first home and found there was a bee infestation in my insulation. I called them and they were there the next day. They worked really quickly and were very informative. Would recommend them to anyone.
We requested an inspection because we were concerned after learning a neighbor had termites, and was informed they would come free of charge. The woman who answered the phone (I apologize I forgot her name) was so sweet and helpful, and she booked us the closest date that worked for us. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The office personnel was extremely helpful, we appreciated her kind way in dealing with our needs. They were very attentive; highly recommend this company.

I was the stereotypical terrified housewife just waiting to be fleeced. Instead I was shocked when the extremely kind and HONEST technician practically held my hand while talking me Out of the over the top and unnecessary service I had requested and completed a much more reasonable service still leaving me confident that the problem is handled.
