Hollenbeck was really great! I moved into my first home and found there was a bee infestation in my insulation. I called them and they were there the next day. They worked really quickly and were very informative. Would recommend them to anyone.

We requested an inspection because we were concerned after learning a neighbor had termites, and was informed they would come free of charge. The woman who answered the phone (I apologize I forgot her name) was so sweet and helpful, and she booked us the closest date that worked for us. I was the stereotypical terrified housewife just waiting to be fleeced. Instead I was shocked when the extremely kind and HONEST technician practically held my hand while talking me Out of the over the top and unnecessary service I had requested and completed a much more reasonable service still leaving me confident that the problem is handled. He was also on time, in and out quickly but not rushed and if I didn't stress it enough, extremely patient and kind! Can't recommend them strongly enough but they're the best in a bus... read more

Excellent professional service and excellent customer service! We had an urgent problem with yellow jackets and Hollenbeck was able to get a technician out to my home within hours of my call. We have used Hollenbeck in the past and have always been 100% satisfied!
