Excellent professional service and excellent customer service! We had an urgent problem with yellow jackets and Hollenbeck was able to get a technician out to my home within hours of my call. We have used Hollenbeck in the past and have always been 100% satisfied!
I was so pleased with ******* and ****. ******* was like a professor ,very knowledgeable and informative. Very helpful and kind. All my concerns were addressed. Thetechnicians were great but we were told to expect the procedure between 2 and5. Some prep was required. At 3:15 we called and were told we were still scheduled. It was 5:30 before they arrived. I will say the tech was understanding and re-scheduled for the next morning but communication with the office was poor. We should have at least received a phone call.
The technician was awesome and went above and beyond to help treat my problem!
The technician was great, and the job got done. However, for the extremely high price the overall customer service of ********************** was awful. Maybe even the worst Ive experienced as a homeowner. Nobody from the office called to inform me of days/times for treatments(which I had to take off of work for), leaving me to have to call them no less than 5 times in the last month.
