We have been here for almost 3 years and we have nothing but great things to say. The apartments, the staff, the grounds... we are very happy at Hollandale :)
My daughters neighbors are chain smokers and it fills her apartment with smoke and have gotten NO help from the office. Unreal
Quiet, friendly, beautiful and safe. It's a great place to come home to. The lake is one of the best features.
My girls and I have greatly enjoyed living at Hollandale for over five years now and have always felt safe, inspired, and supported. The Ladies in the office are super helpful, the Maintenance crew is top notch, my Neighbors have always been respectful and courteous, and the Grounds are beautifully maintained. The apartment is nice but the neighborhood not so friendly to certain types. We had a "flat" tire within a week living there. The reason for the quotation mark is because it wasn't an accidental flat and many other issues when we went to complain about it and other situations that occurred nothing was ever done about any and were pretty much told we don't have seniority.
