The apartment is a very nice apartment located in the center of Clifton Park town, with just walking distance to multiple shopping malls, food super market, public library, YMCA (gym, basketball hall, swimming pool.... ), very convenient and perfect apartment ! Rental office staff all are very friendly and patient to help you and answer whatever questions or concerns you have. Definitely, you will love Hollandale ! Yuansong
I like this apartment but the buildings are old and needs some plan to fix the minor repairs quickly.
I've loved my time here so far. However, I'd like to point out that there seems to be a disparity from the lakeside and non-lakeside apartments. I live in the lakeside apartments which seem to be newer, they have private entrances and typically cost more so the people you see in there tend to be quieter, more polite and take better care of their place. The non-lakeside apartments have shared entrances, thinner walls and younger people (I'm 22, I guess I'm a bit of an anomaly). The people complaining in the comments here prob... read more
DO NOT LIVE HERE! The office ladies just want to rob your money. Especially the "Jennifer" was rude if you read other reviews you will know. The apartment is out of date. The toilet keeps flushing in the middle of night and they broke into my apartment to repair a few times, but no help at all. My friend got charged a few hundreds when he moved out of the apartment. I regret to extend the contract with them.
They do things in an unprofessional Manor. The office staff is rude. Unfriendly environment.
Shameful behavior from the office at this complex. They prevented us from entering my deceased grandmother's apartment by changing the locks. They gave the family no advanced notice of their decision. Calls to my grandmother's estate's attorney have been made to assess legality of this action.
