It was relaxing, but we feel like we paid money to rest in a dark room. There were no real benefits acquired.
Salt room was wonderful! I decided to try the infrared sauna and it was also fantastic!!! Great staff and facility!
Excellent facility. Very clean and nice with fabulous products. Love the salt room! And I very much love the infrared therapy. I am looking forward to trying out a massage as well.
I have done the salt sessions and massages there as well as bringing my teenaged son for a massage. Its a wonderful experience and I tell everyone about it!
The staff are wonderful, energetic, and knowledgeable. Beautiful and calming atmosphere and always neat and orderly. The spa services are excellent and the yoga classes in the salt rooms create an atmosphere that no other studio can create. Lisa, the owner has managed to create a spa which is family friendly and with a proven health benefit.
Took my two kids this afternoon, it was our first time in the Salt Box. Both of them loved it (Ages 4 and 7) and both asked to go back soon! It was a really beautiful place! Employees were knowledgeable and we will definitely go back!
