Highly recommend - this place is first rate! I had an excellent infrared Sauna session! I felt terrific afterward and definitely had a good energy through out the day! It's relaxing and no details are lost, beautiful, calming space (even the towels are amazing)! Owner took excellent care of me - welcoming vibe, easily settled in, icy towel, water, etc! Cannot wait for my next appointment in the salt room! Really truly love the detoxify salt scrub i bought from the spa and am excited to try my other purchases!
I participated in the Namaste at Noon yoga session in the salt room led by Jill. Such a wonderful experience! Breathing in the salt infused air while stretching was great. I did not experience the sinus drainage afterwards as expected, though my allergy medicine may have prevented that response. I did sleep exceptionally well and feel great. Bravo Lisa and yoga instructor Jill! I will be back! Thank you.
