I've been going to Holistic Halo Salt Spa for a few months now and I can't express enough how much the Sauna has helped with my osteoarthritis. I leave feeling amazing. I call it "my time" 30 mins is plenty of time for relaxing, sweating it out and just feeling wonderful. My joints thank me! I can't share enough how much I LOVE "my time" at the Salt Spa. Lisa is the BEST!!!
