I came for the gentle yoga class and I absolutely loved it. The space is so welcoming and warm. Exactly what i needed to relax and unwind. I've already recommend the class to a few of my yogi friends. I'm hoping to come back for a massage soon!
I have the infra red sauna membership. The set up is ideal. A good size private room, clean and beautifully decorated. Infra red is much more effective than the average gym sauna. My doctor recommended it for detoxing from all the toxins that build up in our body.
Such a friendly and relaxing experience!
I loved it! I have sinus issues and I could breathe easier after the treatment and it leaves you feeling very relaxed. I will definitely go back
