Each visit I have, is a good one. Pain free. Very accomidating
I was told by Dr. Hever's Office Manager that my root canal was approved by my dental insurance company and that my insurance company would be paying for it. Almost a year later I received a bill from Dr. Hever's office telling me that the insurance paid for the root canal, but then wanted their money back from Dr. Hever so in turn, Dr. Hever wanted the money back from me. The Dr. and the staff was very professional, friendly, informative.
Simply the best!
Dr. Hever & staff are nice. The best part of the visit was the numbing shot prior to bonding of teeth. I had to ask afterward if I had been given a shot! Absolutely no pain. The office is very efficient in determining eligibility with insurance company. They found out coverage specifics while I sat in the dental chair!

Dr. Hever's dental practice is "old world neighborhood charm" meets "21st Century"! When you walk into his office or call on the phone they know exactly who you are and they really care about you! They do everything they can to help and support. They treat you like family!
