I was desperate to find an office and provider when I reached out to Holistic Behavioral Health Multi Services. When they answered the phone the receptionist was a delight. So polite and helpful she was even willing to speak to her coworkers and help me get an appointment in my short time frame. I saw Marie Eustache as a provider and she was amazing. Great place and great therapists!!
I scheduled a telehealth visit online and the process was very easy. The response time/communication from the office was excellent. During my visit, my provider showed compassion and really listened to my concerns. I am happy with the whole experience.
I highly recommend NOT using Holistic Behavioral Health and NP Marie E. I was "accused" of getting benzos from another provider (in addition to them) which was a complete fabrication! They completely dropped me as a patient right before my appointment AND I was due for medications. I received this news via email. They did not have the common decency to call me and try and figure out what was going on.
