We have stayed here the last 4 years..they really came through for us these Next few days. Thank you Holiday Inn..
First, they checked us into the wrong room. No complimentary breakfast.....very bad since in a hick town rooms are over $100 a night. Door keys worked when it wanted to; went up to desk 4 times to reprogram our keys and no one checks the handicap parking stall to see if cars have the handicap parking permit....no car had it. My disabled mother had to walk over 100 yards to get to the entry way.
Our first time staying here. We attended an event so decided to stay one night, even though we're locals. Very CLEAN and nice hotel. You can tell they are Kid Friendly. The staff was very professional. Our elevator was out of service. No big deal, but the front desk wasn't aware of this and was directing quest to the elevators and the stairs were not easy to find when you were at the elevator. We had a unpleasant experience to say the least with another hotel, so we came to the Holiday Inn and they took us in gave us a great deal! The room was clean, pool and hot tub were clean and working, breakfast was great! I wish we would've just come here to begin with! Lesson learned! Highly recommend
