RecommendedIt’s a very comfy, cozy, friendly place.
The staff was amazing, great attitude, and really good people.
Friendly, easy to get to, reasonable
Staff at front desk is very nice. Restaurant the Lucky's 13 connected has good food. They need to work on updating the carpeting in rooms. Also the house cleaning crew needs to work on their skills.
No USB ports in the rooms. Lots of outlets but not enough options for charging multiple devices unless you have multiple charging cubes. Heat/AC hard to control. Either cold or hot, no in between. Beds comfortable. Convention Center is nice. Holidome looks the same as when we stayed in the 80s. Not bad, just feels old.
Minor mix up on checking in. But� the manager, Kirsten, contacted me and got me into the right room. Excellent follow-up.
Excellent place to stay. They had a treadmill I got to use to keep up with my Apple Watch Rings. I used the complementary shampoo and conditioner and they made me smell good. Then I used the Lotion and OMG I feel and smell beautiful. �. Highly recommended this place to stay.

Called back in June to have a block of rooms set for my wedding, never once did they tell me that rooms were first come first serve and that my block is as just a rate guarantee! So here I am 60 days from my wedding and they are booked, no rooms available for my guests! Furious is not even close to what I’m feeling right now… I will never recommend to any of my friends or family to stay here or use any of their services
