As I sit in our suite, I look at cheap, shabby furniture, paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom ... and discarded glasses and other assorted rubbish under the bedroom chest of drawers. This place needs a makeover badly, it needs an efficient cleaning crew, and it needs a professional staff desperately. Worst of all was the strong smell of gas - the manager, Claire, did absolutely nothing, and I had to call the emergency number for Montana Dakota Utility. Came for the EMT Conference, they were great hosts for all of us. All of the Hotel staff are friendly and professional! No concerns except the temperature of the room was cold and the heater never shut down after it warmed up. So you roasted during throughout the night or froze. That took some tinkering to get just right. Loved the laundry facilities for guests and my son loves the pool. Thanks for everything! We'll come back again.
