Absolutely loved this place. All staff were so friendly. Never had a problem. 😊 Would definitely recommend it.
RecommendedThis hotel was amazing! The bed we slept in was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. It was VERY clean, it was close to all the spots where we wanted to go. We will definitely be coming back to this exact hotel for our next California trip!
Worst experience ever! Horrible! No hospitality at all. We travel and stay at many hotels and this has been the worst! We arrived 4 hrs early And they refused to let us early check in to exact time of check in. We Stayed here for 9 days and they won’t let you eat anywhere but your room. We got take out and girls were eating in lobby/ tables for food and drinks and they told us it had to go to our rooms bc it wasn’t purchased at this hotel. The hotel we stayed at was relatively nice. It had kind of a "there's a cat smell but there's never been a cat here before" kind of thing going on. We had to take back a temperamental keycard as it wasn't working, but I don't blame the hotel for that. My only real gripe is the buffet costs you $13, which is obscene since you can get a breakfast there cheaper by at least $5.
Beds were comfortable but the AC unit didn’t keep the room very cool.
Staff was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I must say the experience so far has been quite positive. The only issue I have seen thus far is the ceiling leaking in the hallway due to the heavy rains over thenlast two days. That being said, the Hotel is clean, my room is clean and nice and the Hotel staff has been very accommodating.
