The staff was rude and yelled at us when we walked in from the beach without our masks on. Sorry but I didnt wear my mask to the beach so i forgot. Then proceeded to tell us it was a State mandate and we would be escorted off the property if we weren't wearing our masks. Very unprofessional staff! We checked in our room...room had dirty towels. The hotel is smoke free and our room smells like smoke. My child has bad allergies and they will not accommodate us. STAY AWAY

I’m convinced they must just delete negative reviews, so let’s test that theory. Currently staying here and haven’t slept in two nights because of the lack of air conditioning and the constant road noise outside of our window. Can someone explain to me how a hotel in ARIZONA doesn’t have AC that actually works?! We have it set as low as it will go and it won’t even kick on at night and doesn’t even have a fan that you can turn to run constantly.
